COME HUNGRY NOT PERFECT

“Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters.” — Isaiah 55:1

God does not say, “Come when you have repaired everything.” He says, “Come.”

Come tired. Come uncertain. Come with questions. Come knowing that you need mercy.

We sometimes delay approaching God because we believe we must become better first. But grace is not a reward for people who have already changed. Grace is how God begins changing us.

The person you are praying for does not need to become perfect before Jesus will receive them. Keep praying that they will hear His invitation above every voice of shame, fear, and condemnation.

Lord, help __________ come to You just as they are. Remove every lie telling them they are too broken, too sinful, or too far away. Give them courage to receive Your mercy. Amen.

Jesus is not waiting to reject the hungry heart. He is inviting it to come closer.

Will you come to Him honestly today?
